Open an account
Send your first quote request with your business details. We open trade accounts only, so we ask for your resale certificate before anything ships.
Get your quote
Every line comes back by email with case pricing, availability and lead time. If a line is short or slow, the quote tells you before the truck does.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed when your trade account opens.
Shipping
Dealer prices are before freight. Freight is quoted with your order, so you see it before you accept.

- Published for all seven AMD items, next to suggested retail, so you can work out your spread before you write to us.
- Everything else
- Quoted per order, because volume and freight set a case price. We would rather quote your actual order than post a number that fits nobody.
- Cost of asking
- Nothing. The site has no checkout and takes no card. You send a list, and we reply by email.
- Paper trail
- Each request gets a reference number, and the quote comes back by email, priced line by line. If anyone in your office asks where a number came from, you have the email.
- Who we sell to
- DME suppliers, pharmacies, clinics and PT practices, med-spas and distributors with a resale certificate. We do not sell to patients.

Businesses with a resale certificate: DME suppliers, pharmacies, clinics and PT practices, med-spas and distributors. We open trade accounts only.
Do you sell to patients or the public?
No. Allied sells wholesale to businesses. A patient can buy these products from a local medical supply store or pharmacy.
Which prices are on the site?
Every AMD item shows its dealer price and suggested retail price. Everything else is quoted per order, because case quantity and freight set the price.
How do I get a quote?
Add products to the quote list from any catalog page, fill in your business details and send it. Each request gets a reference number and the quote comes back by email.
